Junior Marketing Manager x 2

The London Business Conferences Group (incorporating American Business Conferences and Canadian Business Conferences) are looking for two Junior Marketing Managers to join their busy, fast-moving Marketing Department. You will ideally be a graduate with 1 - 2 years commercial experience in marketing, events, publishing or another environment. The post will be based in Moorgate, London.

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, highly organized, meticulous about attention to detail and have a drive to succeed. They will be a fast learner and quickly able to grasp new ideas. They will have excellent copywriting and proof reading skills. They will also have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. The role will involve all aspects of event marketing including launching new events, website content management, designing and implementing marketing plans; production and co-ordination of email campaigns and online/print marketing materials; development of marketing partnerships with publications and associations, database research and analysis, and producing social media marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for the success of the marketing campaigns on your own portfolio of events, as well as working as part of a dynamic and fun team of marketing professionals.

Knowledge, experience and interest in direct, database and digital marketing techniques would be a definite advantage.
