We produce conferences on very specific, often niche, topics that appeal to global audiences. We regularly deliver delegate numbers in the 100's/200's and our testimonials consistently demonstrate an exceptionally high level of customer satisfaction.

We are looking for ambitious, talented and proven B2B sales people to drive revenues.

We are able to offer excellent earning potential in an open, team-based environment that is exceptionally entrepreneurial.

The right candidate will seize the opportunity to exploit lucrative new markets, working closely with the Managing Directors of the business.

The role requires making a lot of proactive business calls and building relationships with new companies. You should expect a lot of hard work.

You will also be flexible and adaptable in your approach because the business of selling sponsorship and exhibition opportunities is radically shifting as we enter the 2010's.

Non-financial rewards include opportunities for international travel, a structured personal development-training programme and an office culture/atmosphere that is forward thinking, commercial and creative.

The Role:

  • You will be selling high value sponsorship and exhibition packages
  • You will be expected to make 40 - 70 calls per day and deliver 15-20 high quality pitches per day
  • You will be trained extensively on LBC's sales process
  • You will be set clear and concise targets
  • Your commission will be uncapped

The Candidate:

  • Must possess a university degree (minimum 2:1 preferred)
  • Must possess sales talent and management potential
  • Must have experience of selling in a high pressure business environment
  • Must be able to generate own leads
  • Must be eager to learn our own unique sales process
  • Must be hard working and ambitious
