Delegate Sales Manager

LBCG's rapid and continued growth is due to portfolio expansion and highly successful new product launches. Our approach to business development and conference production is original and creative, meaning that we frequently tap into fresh market opportunities before our competitors do, resulting in a stunningly successful conference portfolio. Worldwide, we are pursuing an ambitious growth plan for our markets and products.

We are now keen to capitalize on our considerable strengths and market opportunities. This has created the need for a new Delegate Sales Manager to help us capitalize on the numerous opportunities that are being created by our research driven events.

The Role

Primarily Telephone based, you will be recruiting delegates to attend a diverse portfolio of large-scale international conferences.

The Ideal Candidate Will Possess:

  • A minimum 12 months B2B sales experience, ideally in the commercial conference sector
  • A demonstrable track record of exceeding targets
  •  An ability to rapidly understand new topics and industries and identify the key sectors to sell into
  • A 'can do', 'make it happen' positive attitude
  •  A strong work ethic and ability to carry out a high volume of calls
  • Strong organizational skills coupled with clear written and verbal communication
